Bryan first
volunteered in the real estate field by
contributing his time and knowledge to the
Association of
Canadian Lease Auditors.
Later on, he founded the
Certified Independent
Commercial Tenant Advisors to
provide a network opportunity and education to commercial
tenant representatives, and to offer exclusive
service to commercial tenants.
He was the
President of Real Estate Broker Owners
Association of Ontario, a Director of
Mississauga Board of Chinese Professionals and
Business. Bryan also served as a committee
member in the Mediation & Arbitration Committee
of Toronto Real Estate Board, Commercial
Committee and Instructor Review Panel of Ontario
Real Estate Association.
Bryan is a
director of
Canadian Immigration
Citizen Network, giving
assistances to Canadian citizens and new
immigrants. He is also a director of
Certified Professional
Mediators of Canada, giving
education and networking opportunities to
professional mediators in Canada.
In order to
promote fair landlord and tenant relationship,
Bryan helped the
Landlord and Tenant
Board
to set up their website and answer questions
from landlords and tenants, both commercial and
residential.
Since Bryan is
the one who promotes Payment as one of the Ps in
Marketing Mix, he is invited as one of the
contributors of the website

Other than
professional and business, Bryan also spends
time at Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care to
cheer up the seniors.
